Our History
Auxier Gas was founded in 1946 by William "Bun" Auxier in partnership with his brother, Garland "Red" Auxier. Originally known as Auxier Electric Store, the company sold radios and televisions, adding furniture about a year later. In 1948, the partners bought a small gas company, and five years later, built their first bulk plant in Batavia.

Nearly 60 years later, Auxier Gas has become a trusted partner to more than 5,000 households in the Tri-State area. Our family-owned company proudly serves 10 counties in Southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky with the belief that superior customer service and quality products are the reason why so many customers refer us to others.

Our Capabilities
Auxier Gas' main concern is quality service and savings. We offer a variety of delivery and propane tank options to fit your lifestyle:

- Pre-Buy: By purchasing propane during the warmer months and storing it at our facilities for winter usage, the average Auxier Gas Pre-Buy customer has saved more than $300 on propane this year.

- Auto-Refill: Closely monitoring your propane usage allows us to accurately predict when you'll need your tank filled, giving you peace of mind that you will never run out during the cold winter months.

- Cash & Carry: We fill portable propane cylinders for gas grills and other small appliances at market rates, which are typically lower than retail. Stop by our office anytime between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday -- Friday, and 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday.

- Above or Below-Ground Tanks: Our trained representatives can help determine which option is best for your family.

- 24-Hour Emergency Response: We are on call at all hours of the day to ensure that you are warm, safe and secure.

- Budget Pay Plan: To help our customers avoid large gas bills and ensure that they stay warm and secure, they can take advantage of Auxier Gas' monthly payment plan, by paying bills over an 11 month period.
